Terms of Service

1. Service Scope & Execution

Creator Brand provides end-to-end brand infrastructure services spanning product conceptualization, manufacturer vetting, quality control (QC), and global logistics. Project timelines, production quotas, and deliverables are individually governed by localized Statements of Work (SOW) executed following initial inquiry approval.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

Creator IP Retention: You retain absolute ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, including brand trademarks, logos, audience data, and initial conceptual designs submitted to our platform.

Formulation & Engineering: Unique product formulations, proprietary mold designs, or supply chain routing intelligence developed jointly or exclusively by Creator Brand during the execution phase may be subject to shared licensing agreements as dictated by the specific project SOW.

3. Supplier Liability & Quality Assurance

While Creator Brand acts as your primary operating partner to enforce rigorous QC checkpoints, ultimate manufacturing liability rests with the contracted Tier-1 facilities. We enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding defect rates and production delays to shield you from liability.

4. Financial Terms & Fulfillment

Payments for prototyping, sample development, mass production, and recurring logistics fulfillment are processed dynamically based on scale. All deposits required to initiate supply line allocation are inherently non-refundable due to the custom nature of high-end manufacturing unless explicitly breached by our supplier networks.

5. Termination of Partnership

Either party may terminate the partnership framework given a 60-day written notice, provided all outstanding production invoices and fulfillment warehousing fees are settled. Upon termination, Creator Brand handles the smooth transitional handover of all physical inventory to designated partner facilities.
